According to clinical trials, the results of SKINVIVE™ treatments can be seen through 6 months.
What are the side effects of SKINVIVE™?
The most commonly reported side effects were redness, lumps/bumps, swelling, bruising, pain, tenderness, firmness, discoloration and itching. Most side effects will resolve within 7 days. If they persist longer, your physician may choose to treat them with medications, such as antibiotics, steroids, or hyaluronidase. Additionally, there have been reports of inflammation, nodules, unsatisfactory result, loss or lack of improvement, allergic reaction, anxiety, blood vessel blockage, infection, dry skin, increase or decrease in sensation, and abscess.
Delayed-onset inflammation near the site of dermal filler injections is one of the known adverse events associated with dermal fillers. As with all skin injection procedures, there is a risk of infection.
Who is a good candidate for SKINVIVE™?
SKINVIVE™ is ideal for individuals looking to help improve skin texture and hydration. SKINVIVE™ is not used to correct deep volume loss, contouring, or deep wrinkles of the face.
Who is not a candidate for SKINVIVE™?
SKINVIVE™ is not recommended for patient with an allergic reaction to hyaluronic acid fillers, have an autoimmune disease such as Lupus or Rheumatoid arthritis, those with an active infection or are on antibiotics for an infection. SKINVIVE™ contains lidocaine and is not recommended for patients with an allergy to local anesthetics.

Where do you inject SKINVIVE™?
SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM® injectable gel is indicated from intradermal injection to improve skin smoothness and hydration of the cheeks in adults over the age of 21.
How long does it take for SKINVIVE™ to kick in?
Some results of the treatment can be seen immediately, like smoothing of cheek lines. The full results of SKINVIVE™ can be seen within weeks of the treatment and fully visible by 4 weeks following treatment.
Is SKINVIVE™ good for wrinkles?
SKINVIVE™ may help to improve fine lines and wrinkles in the lateral cheek area but is not help to improve deep lines and wrinkles nor is does it help improve deep volume loss in the face.
